Welcome to the wiki for the Reading Genji LiveJournal Community! This may turn out to be a way for us to pool our knowledge and keep track of all the characters in The Tale of Genji by Murasaki Shikibu; or it may die unused. The only way to tell is to get started and see what happens.

- Due to spambots, account creation is now restricted to users with Sysop and Bureaucrat-level privileges. In order to get an account, please email telophase14 at gmail dot com with the username you'd like.
- If you wish to contribute or to expand entries we'd love for you to do so, but please consult the Style Guide for procedures and basic wiki etiquette first. Not following wiki etiquette, especially when it comes to making notes about what you did, makes the WikiSysop put her stompyboots on.
- Currently the Style Guide is changing and evolving rapidly: please check it every time you come to edit, to ensure you are following the most recent guidelines.
